With 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry and a strong academic foundation in Kinesiology, I bring a unique blend of science, strategy, and heart to every training session.
As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a coach certified in everything from kettlebell training (StrongFirst Level 1 & 2) to functional mobility (FRCms, FRSC), I’m deeply committed to delivering results through intelligent, personalized programming.
